Are you open to change or suspicious? 

Are you conservative or risk taker? 

Break 20 minutes

How we handle change exercise 

Scenario exercise - same groups or different grouping 

Real work scenario(s) or ones set by the directors/trainer 

Incorporating how to plan, organise and communicate 

Analysis on how the exercise was achieved 

Feedback from exercise / short presentations from each team 

Action points from delegates and review the purpose of today, presentation for best idea and best team name 

Closing message from Manager/Directors (optional)
