This course can be used as an ‘assessment centre’ to highlight those people in an organisation who have potential in the future for promotion or management positions. It is also useful to highlight strengths, improvement areas and further training needs in individuals.

How to make the best of yourself, including confidence building techniques

Working as a team to maximum effect
Understanding emotional intelligence
Assertive negotiation
Personal organisation
This workshop includes a number of practical exercises, followed by comprehensive feedback. Participants are also encouraged to carry out self-assessment and to prepare a personal action plan.
