Belbin exercise and discussion, exploring:- 

What ‘type’ you are 

Why we don’t always ‘get on’ with others at work 

Understand other ‘types’ and how to work in harmony 

What helps and what hinders good leadership 

Break 20 minutes

Leadership exercise 

Scenario exercise - same groups or different grouping 

Real work scenario(s) or ones set by the directors/trainer 

Incorporating how to plan, organise and communicate 

Analysis on how the exercise was achieved 

Feedback from exercise / short presentations from each team 

Actions from today and summary of purpose of today and presentation for leadership and best team name 

Closing message from managers/directors (optional) 

 

This workshop reviews the importance of forging links between team and individual goals and includes creating an action plan for implementation back at work.
